End-to-end tracking is provided. Items are received at the Antwerp office and inspected by certified gemologists, with insured return shipping if the offer is declined.

The initial valuation is an estimate based on the information provided and is not binding on either party. The final offer is issued only after physical inspection by certified gemologists in Antwerp. Sellers are under no obligation to accept the final offer and may request the item's return at any stage.

Payment is initiated within 1 day of the seller accepting the final offer from Diamond Brothers. Funds are transferred by SEPA bank transfer in EUR to the seller's nominated European bank account. Confirmation is sent by email at the time of transfer, and most sellers receive cleared funds within standard SEPA processing days.
